We are a company devoted to providing highly specialized consultancy services in accounting, payroll, company incorporation and secretarial services, facilitating opening and handling of Inward Investment Accounts (IIA), research and administration services to new and existing companies doing business in Sri Lanka.

We established ourselves in 2017 under Tokyo Kyodo Accounting Office (TKAO) in Japan. TKAO was established in 1993 by the two founders Mr. Ryutaro Uchiyama and Mr. Takashi Watanabe. TKAO provides highly specialized consulting services related to accounting, taxation, SPC management and finance, mainly in the finance field covering a wide range of transaction cases and providing comprehensive services from advisory to administrative management. TKAO’s clients range from major financial institutions and investment funds in Japan, the United States, and Europe to multinational corporations, midsize and small-sized enterprises, and high-net-worth individuals. TKAO has been graded as one of the best advisors in Japan by overseas specialized magazines, and it has been highly evaluated internationally.

MOU with Board of Investments of Sri Lanka

We signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka “BOI” in 2019 at the Sri Lankan Embassy in Japan. The MoU was signed to support the investment and advancement activities of Japanese companies in Sri Lanka, and vice versa.

BOI is a Government agency that coordinates with each ministry and agency as a contact point for managing investment activities from overseas to Sri Lanka and investment activities from Sri Lanka to overseas. It also implements strategies, plans, and investment projects to attract investment while evaluating investment activities. BOI is in-charge of activities such as investment policy implementation and investment promotion in Sri Lanka.
